The most valuable aspect of the Tempo Systems Triathlon Club is the many group training sessions and coaching capabilities. Squad training sessions are open to athletes of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Tempo Systems training sessions are run by AusTriathlon accredited coaches in a fun, positive, inclusive and safe environment. The sessions provide a mix of fundamental skill development and fitness benefits to help every athlete gain the confidence they require to complete or compete in their events.
Sessions are offered at various locations across Adelaide all year round, with the schedule changing from summer to winter. An example of the sessions available to members are provided below.
